"Mostly fine, but one order lagged"
I bought a couple of deals and the payment went through without any issues, so that part was easy. One of the orders just took a weirdly long time to show up in my account, which threw me off a bit. Not a huge deal, and it did work out, but now I always catch myself double-checking after I buy something. Kind of annoying, but not enough to stop me from using it

"Managing my membership was way too much of a hassle"
I signed up, and when I tried to manage or cancel my membership, it was just confusing. Like, really confusing. The site kept sending me around in circles, and the instructions weren’t clear at all. I reached out to support too, but they didn’t really help much. It felt like they make it harder than it needs to be, harder than it should be. Super annoying experience.

I’ve been trying to log in, but it keeps failing every time. I reached out to support and was really hoping for a quicker response, but so far nothing has been resolved. Frustrating when you just need access to your account

I signed up, but quickly I started feeling uneasy about how much personal info they were asking for. The privacy settings weren’t super clear either, and when you can’t really tell what’s being shared or how to control it, it just doesn’t feel safe. I ended up closing my account and wouldn’t trust it with my details again.

"Not worth the deal"
I bought a deal on group thinking it was gonna be a good bargain, but it was bad. The merchant was so hard to get ahold of, and when I finally did they were rude and acted like my voucher was some big issue. The service was nothing like what was listed, not even close. I had to keep following up just to get basic info. Cheap price or not, it wasn’t worth the hassle. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I keep getting alerts for things I never even searched for, and half of them aren’t anywhere near my area. It’s annoying because I’m like, why am I getting this?

"Good deals sometimes, but the email promises don’t really match up"
I use group.com every now and then, and to be fair, I have found a few decent deals. But the emails are way too much. It feels like they promise you’ll get useful offers, but in reality it’s mostly just a bunch of stuff I don’t care about showing up almost every day. I still check the site once in a while because there are some good finds, but I really wish they’d tone it down and make the emails more worth opening.

I don’t know, group.com just feels stale lately. Every time I check, it’s the same handful of food spots, a few random classes, and the usual spa deals, nothing really feels new.
I used to browse it more because there were actually some decent finds, now it feels like a waste of time. Maybe it’s just my area, but it seems like they barely update the offers anymore...

I started getting login alerts from places I definitely don’t live, which immediately made me nervous. I tried to reset my password, but the reset email took way too long to come through, so I was just sitting there wondering if someone else still had access to my account.
I reached out to support, but it felt like I was talking to a script. They kept sending the same basic advice about checking my email and changing my password, even though I had already told them I did that. What frustrated me most was that nobody clearly explained what I was supposed to do next or how they were actually going to secure the account.
After that, I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving my card info on group.com anymore. I ended up closing the account because the whole thing felt unsafe and poorly handled. I won’t be using it again.

"Cheap little disappointment"
This thing was pathetic. It felt cheap right out of the box, like some flimsy knockoff, and it broke after just a few days. It didn’t even look much like the photos, which was annoying. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering from group.com again

Maybe I’m only remembering the annoying parts, but every time I tried to book, the dates I wanted were unavailable. The whole booking process felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and I ended up frustrated.

I don’t know what’s going on with their offer system, but most of the deals I get have nothing to do with what I actually buy, and sometimes they’re not even relevant to my area. The site itself works fine, so that’s not really my issue. It just feels like there’s some policy loophole where they can call these “personalized picks” even when they’re basically random. It gets annoying fast...

I had store credit and figured I’d be able to use it at checkout, but nope. It feels like the rules keep changing right when you’re trying to actually use it. Frustrating, because what’s the point of giving store credit if it doesn’t work when you need it?

I used a gift card on Groupon and it went through in the end, so that part was fine. But finding where to enter it was a little annoying, and the balance didn’t show up right away. Took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on. The deal was decent overall, I just wish using the gift card had been a bit easier

"Nice product, but shipping has been frustrating"
I was really looking forward to this order and the product itself seems like it’ll be worth it. That said, I’m still waiting for it to arrive, and support keeps telling me it shipped without giving much helpful info. Hoping it shows up soon, because I do think I’ll be happy with it once it finally gets here.
